It starts with caringI sold a pedal this morning. I shipped said pedal. I bought a pedal this morning. Said pedal was shipped out to me this morning. Not that complicated. I understand a guitar is a helluva lot bigger deal to ship….but damn…how the fuck can I buy a guitar from Japan on Thursday and have it the following Wednesday? It’s not that complicated to do.
Caring is sharing now share me that fat sounding strat neck pup.It starts with caring
Not sure about that. I think the standard etiquette anywhere is that you don't send tracking of you don't intend to even pack your item and take it to the carrier for another week, not to mention there's still no movement as of today on either.shippimg or refund at week 2. I'm not their damn payday loan lender. Since we're now past the estimated delivery date Ebay has given them until Monday to address this.If this was TGP, you would be getting flamed right now.

And I respond by saying that the sellers problems are not my problems. If you want to charge guitar store market prices, be professional and at least make an effortI speak from experience.
The hippies come out and go "chill man" and "cut him some slack man" and "have a little patience, you never know what people are going through man'.
So, the seller has relisted the item for $300 more than what I purchased it for AND HAS NOT initiated a refund no would think that since the guitar is under contract, they cannot legally or least policy wise sell the guitar. I called ebay this morning and they say they cannot do anything until next regarding the refund. At this point, I done with ebay. They enable this bullshit, when they can read the messages where the seller clearly states they never sent it.Feedback from over a year ago doesn’t get counted.
I’m think they sold it for a lot less then they wanted and are hoping you will just ask for a refund so they can relist it.
The seller is looking for any way out with you.... I'd report it. Just keep in mind the seller has your name and address. There are lots of crazy people out there who enjoy doxing people. I hate to say it, but getting your money back ASAP and moving on is the best thing at this point. So, the seller has relisted the item for $300 more than what I purchased it for AND HAS NOT initiated a refund no would think that since the guitar is under contract, they cannot legally or least policy wise sell the guitar. I'm wondering if I should flag the auction as fraudulent?
I'd listen, after all, a pysccho would know. The seller is looking for any way out with you.... I'd report it. Just keep in mind the seller has your name and address. But that's what I've asked for, was to refund my money and move on. I formally initiated the refund request process, but they said I have to wait because the item shows "shipped" and I have to wait for carrier BS. I've been on the phone with ebay twice and they confirm they can see all the messages where the seller explicitly states they haven't shipped. The fact that they relisted it should be enough for them to step in now, to either force the refund or take down the relisting until the current contract of sale is closed. The seller is looking for any way out with you.... I wish that was the case, I'm not difficult to work with.I have had some times where I've sold something or got it boxed up, shipping label on and life gets hectic for a couple days then not be able to drop it off for a couple days. I try to make it right as much as I can. I definitely don't do anything to a seller that I wouldn't want done to me but we all have our different boundaries. Having said that ebay is sketchy and he already has two instances of ripping people off outright. One is too many IMHO.
I work a full time job and go to school full-time so I completely understand that sometimes life happens but there is no excuse to outright rip someone off.
In our dealings you have been super helpful and easy to deal with. You had a gut feeling and it was correct. That guy is either scamming or just wasn't happy with your bid. I just avoid Ebay. I think I missed the heyday of ebay deals. I made a bid on an FZ2 around 2011 and I got it for $75 the guy wouldn't honor it because I didn't have enough reviews(I had already paid him so not sure what the complaint was). Basically he wanted to get the 200 or 250 that they were going for.. To me if you win an auction you win an auction.I wish that was the case, I'm not difficult to work with.
