I was wanting to try out the compensated output on my Diezel Paul. The manual doesn't say much about it, but says it can go into a mixer or recording device. I'm thinking it doesn't have speaker emulation, but what does "compensated" mean? Does that mean I can feed a preamp signal straight into Cubase or something? Do I need a speaker emulator or something?

It is a kind of speaker simulation. The amp needs a load/speaker though . . .
