Diezel VHX effects loop

Anyone know if the effects loops on the VHX are parallel effects loop, given the mix knob available? Trying to figure out if I need to run my effects fully wet.

PRE LOOP is serial, FX LOOP A and FX LOOP B can be fully serial, fully parallel or anything in between depending on the MIX knob setting.
