Time sure has caught up with Wild Mick ...

I work in the health care field and meet about 20 people a day in this age group. All but MB (who resembles my 70 year old aunt BTW) look very good.

Does anyone else here think MB looks like Rodney Dangerfield?

Looking at rod Stewart on the right and never realized he let himself go so much.

I still don't get how George and Don don't get along all of these years later. I mean when you don't HAVE to be around someone, why haven't they been able to get along for those short bursts of time they are doing Dokken?

I guess I don't understand as a full time, 9 to 5 working man who would give anything to be playing for fans and making dough. :)

This is by no means gospel, but I remember reading an interview a few years back that Lynch did in which he said that the whole rift between him and Don was kind of blown out of proportion. I think I remember him saying it was a publicist's idea to generate some level of "controversy" for the band. George basically said that there were some strong opinions between him and Don over the direction of the music from time to time, but it wasn't anything like it was described in the magazines.

I saw an interview with George where he basically said Don wanted the name back in his ownership. Which put the other 3 guys at his mercy.... that's a dealbreaker for George especially...there wouldn't have been a Dokken without George.

I think he talks like him too. I ran into him at the local Safeway about a year ago. He looked a little better than in this photo, but the man has done some hard living. We have some local mutual FB friends who post photos with him once in a while. I don't think he's stopped living the RnR lifestyle.

George has said at one of his clinics I was at that 'it's the same old thing - it's always about money. Don was greedy with it and wanted more of a share than everyone else was getting' sort of thing. George claims that everyone he hires to play for Lynch Mob gets paid the same as he does; everyone on an equal playing field. So that sort of makes sense to me, but I'm sure there's a lot of reasons why Don and George couldn't get along over the years as mentioned above.

Go listen to this weeks Eddie Trunk podcast with Pilson.
Sheds a lot of light.

When I heard Don and friends last live (without GL or Mick) his voice was shot. Not expecting anything great or miraculous here. I'd mostly pay to hear GL play and that's it.

Holy shit look, a bunch of guys that haven't been relevant in 20+ years. Who gives a fuck...
