I have a Mojave Peacemaker with a 16 ohm out or two 8 ohm outs. Which should I use plugging into the suhr which is 8 ohm?

I would not be using a cab at all, only using the suhr as a load.

Thanks in advance to whoever can help with the answer!

My Pink Taco has the same outs, one 16 and two 8's. I just use one of the 8's no problem just like how you would normally use an 8ohm cab.

As errrrrl already pointed out, you can use any of the two 8 ohm outputs to connect it to your Suhr IR load box via a speaker cable.

Could you post clips of your cranked peacemaker? I have a Mojave Scorpion and it would be interesting to hear if the Peacemaker has even more mojo than the Scorpion..

Thank you both!

I'm working on an album release that was done with the peacemaker, all the way up a greenback cab
I'll post that at some point closer tot he release
In the meantime will be checking out the suhr ir load and will try to post clips, but it won't be fast... ;(

I am going the suhr route, but it will be a while before finances align. If you have a question, call the guys at Suhr. I had some confusion and the guy was cool and was patient and knowledgeable. He didn't rush me or anything.

Just a thought. I spent hours comparing the specs on all of the load boxes and IR's and found that suhr is what fit me best. The rivera was a disappointment, functionally lacking IMO. Two Notes is worth a look, but do a lot of research.

The Suhr only has an 8 ohm input?

Yup, the original and the newer IR version both 8 ohm input only.

Suhr told me that you are safe for four ohms when I called them to ask.

Suhr mentioned that on the gear page as well when the Suhr RLIR was announced. I have run my 1960 Fender Brown super into the Suhr RLIR using an A-type IR and it sounded great. Still to try my Fender Bandmaster Reverb with the Suhr RLIR

Have you tried any of your Fenders through the Suhr RL or RLIR?

I don't have the suhr RLIR yet unfortunately, but the compatability is a big deal to me and they said it was fine.
