Stereo rigs? What to take into consideration?

Ordered a Redseven Multi Stereo Line Mixer and bought an Eventide Eclipse 2 weeks ago. Still want to get a Fulltone TERC, Lexicon PCM81, Yamaha SPX90 and a DBX 160A/X. Not easy ones to come by in mint condition if at all. 🙈

stereo is a great portable intro into the rack world. used mine live for 7-8 years.
8 sp skb triaxis/tc/rockman rack, separate 4 sp power 395 amp rack, 2 EV 1x12s, DMC midi footcontroller.
delay panning and trem, stereo chorusing, leslie all sound huge in stereo and if home use is the final goal, you’re good. studio monitors and frfr as wet speakers are cool for delivering all the resolution your effects offer, but can also be too stiff and bright versus the give and roll off of guitar speaker cabs which we gtr players are more accustomed to. the results between frfr brands are vast.

live, i found w/d or wdw worked best to remain present in the mix and preserving that tight direct stability of the dry and adding the right amount if sauce to it.

I used to run my IIC+ into a G-System, "dry" (only pre-gain effects) back into the IIC+, then a 4x12. Then the stereo outs of the G-System fed into a Stereo Simul 295, which powered 2 more 4x12s (stereo wet).
This setup sounded glorious and was super fun to play! For live gigs, it was ridiculous, overkill, too big and heavy, took too long to set up, and had too many possible failure points. Eventually sold the 295 and 2 of the cabs. I really like my Kemper 😀
