Thanks man, I appreciate it. The IR did most of the heavy lifting for sure here, I used it because that is often what Kerry used live. Ironically I have no idea what they used in the studio during those days for speakers. But when Andy Wallace is mixing, it’s going to sound amazing regardless.

The post EQ was with the UAD MDW EQ, which is just a really clean no colored bull shit EQ, which is what I like personally. Just a real narrow cut at about 1k and 690hz or something for resonances, and then high and low pass, real steep 36 db per Octive cut on the low pass. Then I used access analog to use a real ssl fusion for widening. I generally am not a fan of stereo wideners in the digital world, they sound weird and phasey to me: but the ssl fusion is real analog, and pushes the sides out farther, without smearing the center image. Just a touch on the dial, maybe +2db or something. Not sure how it works but it essentially makes the sides of the steel image louder. I think I had the transformer
Button pushed in which is extremely super subtle, but it gives it a lot extra something. And that was it really. Sounded pretty damn close, I actually think I dig this more than the real seasons tone, haha.

Sounds so killer man, really accents that upper mid grind from the amp nicely. One of my favourite tones I've heard from these IR's! Was this using the compensated IR's or clean? which speaker?

These IRs through my st rock are just nuts.
This thread just got me to go buy $50 worth of your IR packs.

you guys rule, thanks so much for the support and kind words. I love hearing that they're being put to good use as thats what I created them for. Should be quite straightforward to get up and running with the IR's but I'm always available if you have any questions or need help/suggestions!

Thanks brotha. TL, I think number 28 or 32, one or the other. Clean :) for some reason I just thought that sounded better
