Phil Collen lives really near me. The guy is a gym fanatic - always comes into the local Starbucks in workout clothes from the gym... Definitely stays in shape... I don't think Ed is really into that... :)

Ed got a little plump back in the Balance days which was the last time he was on the wagon for a while. I think Ed likes to enjoy some good food when he's not drinking.

Out of curiosity, how many days/hours after tics first went on sale did you get yours and how many people does your arena hold? I'm trying to get a handle on how quickly these shows are selling out.

Well, I got tickets the day before with a presale. All I could get under $100 was the nose bleed seats. The day of the sale, I heard some people had gotten some 200 seats. I logged on about 11:30 and they were all gone. I tried to check just now, but it's taking forever to load. There might be some nosebleed left, but I suspect they are gone.

To answer your question...pretty quick.

Someone had said either Sammy or DLR said the way to tell if Eddie was clean or not was by his weight. Skinny when drinking, plump when clean.

Tattoo sounds damn good in that vid. It sounds a lot better than the version on the radio.
 
Eddie sounds pretty good and looks like to be having a good time.

Those videos are why I still think VH is awesome! Fun, energetic, great tone. Even Wolfie's backing vocals are great. It's going to be a fun summer hearing VH on the radio again!

PS - I have owned the Guitar World in my avatar since I bought it in 1980!
 
Is it me or does wolfie's tone have some "brown" to it?? Awesome to see Ed play so well again; the man is back :rock:
 
I'm guessing any brown in the bass is from peaked recording equipment.
