Northern Ash but you will be looking at a 9.5lb guitar vs an 8.5lb guitar. And you can really feel that 1lb. Second choice is alder

I saw this exhibit in 2019 when on vacation in NY. It was really cool to see all the original guitars and other gear that you drooled over as a kid from famous artists, VH, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Prince, Joe Walsh etc etc. The rest of the museum was pretty cool too. Lol.
