EH 44 Magnum Poweramp?

I have the smaller one .22 Cal.....it works really well actually. If you run it at a different load than its spec'd for it doesn't like it and will shut down. As long as the load is what it wants it's great. It gets pretty loud actually. You can even plug a gtr direct into it....kinda raunchy cool.
 
This little thing has caught my attention big time!

I actually bought a Radial Bones London last friday, and now I'm thinking I'm gonna have to get the Magnum as well :-P, I could use that combo as my main rig and save up for a D. Gower Cali modded SLP!

Is the only difference between the 22 & 44 wattage? or do they add different color to the tone if any?

the mxr eq is a key to getting the tone, a cut in the low mids really clears up the voicing alot...
 
Just did a full rehearsal with BOSS ST-2 Power Stack into 44 Magnum into a Marshall 1960B. It KILLED!! My bass player said it sounded better than 90% of the guitar tones he's heard. I'm intendind to do clipz ASAP.
