My friend has one, it’s like a glorified golf cart with an iPad and nothing else in it. For what that hunk of shit costs, I’ll never get one. States like CA can’t even keep up with their electric demands as it is and they are the biggest ones pushing that garbage. For all the shit they preach, they still have that same brown smog that everyone talked about in the 70’s & 80’s.

To each their own. My boss has had one for 6 years, and he's Trumpy supporter like you. He loves it. I've driven it, and it kicks total ass.
BTW it'll beat the fuck out of any car you own in a race, I guarantee it. Unless you have something really exotic.

Solar on the roof of your home, It alleviates the grid. You would charge from that most of the year. Most people aren't driving 700 miles a day FFS
