Excuse my ignorance..new to the forum

It arrived. It's not in "great condition". It is, frankly, beat to sh*t. Also missing the pictured foot switch AND..most importantly? Missing all 4 f*cking power tubes. Man, f*ck these clowns.

Even if I pop 4 tubes in here, I have no idea if it'll run.

Not that this would excuse any of that, but was this an open-box or B-stock item?

You said it was an original run and bought from Musician's Friend. I'm assuming you got it from their used section. Not sure if you were aware, MF just piggyback's off of Guitar Center's used stuff. So it's the same crapshoot if it gets packed well and arrives safely.

Exactly. Although not well packed well, I think this thing was beat up /gigged quite a bit before it was ever shipped. Shame.

It was used. I can't find a USA Archon 100w in pristine condition to save my life right now (for a non crazy price).

Here's hoping Musician's Friend CS team comes through an reestablishes some trust. They've always done right by me in the past, even where GC fell off.

Maybe a fellow member will catch this and the right amp will pop up in the Classifieds soon. Karma's gonna swing.
