not often talked about here.
having kind of a personal revival right now.
early stuff,
The Real thing!
Angel dust is of course a killer album and their peak.
King For A Day Fool For A Life Time sucked!
Album Of The Year is fine again, but of course not the same.

Please @DanTravis62, ruin it for me:D

I still have that CD in the age of Spotify. Hell of a debut for Patten (The Real Thing).
his voice is quite congested back than, but i love it nonetheless.
if i think mike patton: There is a fine line between genius and insanity (Mr. Bungle)

I got to check that out, also liked Jim Martin, never knew he put a solo album out though 👀

I love FNM

every couple years I binge tf out of them and get nostalgic every time

King for a Day is definitely an overall miss but it does have a few bangers in my opinion.....Evidence, Gentle Art of Making Enemies, Take this Bottle....
yeah sure, but overall it was a huge disappointment and i sure didn't expect them to top Angel Dust

Love Angel Dust. I listen to Caffeine, Land Of Sunshine and Everything's Ruined most days at work. I never really get tired of that album, it's genius.

Faith No More totally isn't my thing ( I dig Mr Bungle quite a bit more, but neither are really my jam)

it's just too goofy and avant garde for my tastes

That being said faith no more are a legitimate band of actual musicians who actually make and write music, not an astroturfed corporate merchandising machine or painfully banal paint-by-numbers boomer trap

So I have nothing negative to say about em besides Mike Patton being completely up his own ass and high on his own farts - that doesn't really have anything to do with their albums, though

Saw him drink his own piss out of his boot in Oakland.

I saw Faith No More wirh Helmet at this small place called The Boathouse in Virginia when I was in the military. The crowd area was split with 21 and under and 21 and over separated, and the area we were in (21 over) made it really easy to be close to the stage. I was so close that at one point I was grooving to a song and Jim Martin looked at me and we were locked in, just headbanging.

Thr way the stage was, the bads amp was just to the right of us, deafening, lol. They sounded amazing and Helmet was great as well. My Air Force buddy was best friends with the drummer from Helmet so he had all of these passes and was hanging with both bands. We were so jealous.
