Wizard Modern Classic and my Friedman modded Metro amp both are 50 watters. And I still own them.

Splawn Pro Mod
Fryette Sig X
Bogner 20th Shiva
Budda SD45

just got a Fryette 50cl that might make the list but not enough time yet to know.

I dunno anymore, i dont think i can have just one favorite, my mesa jp2c seems to be the one amp i cant live without, but i really love my diezel herbert and friedman cantrell jj.

Cameron Atomica (NAMM proto type, still have it)
Cameron modded Marshall SL (High gain Jose, still have it)
Mesa/Boogie MKIII Coliseum Simul-Class (Bought NEW in 1986 and still have it)
Fuchs ODS (Had 2, LOVED them, but sold them)

Diezel Herbert mkII
Friedman Butterslax
......hard to choose, they like different guitars and pickups.

Looks like we have similar favorites (atomica modded slp, mkiii++ coliseum). I wasn't though as impressed with the Fuchs ods though. Never tried Cameron Jose. I wonder if my atomica would get close to that at all?

Tough to pick just one. Depends on the mood/use.

-Soldano HotMod equipped JCM 800 2204: Total 80's metal amp.
-Budda SD80: Like a hot rodded plexi with great cleans.
-Blockhead Custom 50: Old school Marshall meets early VH.
-Mesa Boogie "Multi-Watt" Recto: Heavy sounding as hell and with a boost can do anything.

I played several Fuchs ODS amps and was lucky to find the two I had, which I preferred to the Fuchs ODS amps I've played since.

These are the Cameron Atomica

Marshall SLP100 Cameron Modded Jose

That Atomica sounds AWESOME!!! Love it!

Funny how few companies are named in this thread.

Mesa
Fryette
Bogner
Cameron
Wizard
Soldano
Fuch
Fortin
KSR
Diezel
Peavey
Splawn
Buddha

Probably missed a few.

Depends, lead or rhythm.

Rhythm, hands down Ampeg VH140C into a proper stereo set up. Had Pitbull ultra lead, Diezel VH4S, vintage Marshalls, modded Marshalls, SLOs, Bogner (hate for tight metal rhythm), more boutique amps than I can remember. Own 3 now. Crush everything for that tone.

Leads, different animal. I will have to say KSR for leads, followed by an actual Lee Jackson modded JCM800 to my specs. Not his usual amps.

Best all around amp, hands down the Landgraff 50 watt, but not really high gain, just the best I have ever played bar none. Too bad they are up to 20,000 now.

20k??
Jeesh.. I thought they were high at 6-8k
John lived not far from me at all, really sad when he died. Too bad he didnt get that for them when he could have used it :aww:
Really cool amps though, easily the most touch responsive and dynamic amp Ive ever played through
