In order of sound preference (still own all of them):
Rhodes Colossus, Pre 2010 3CH dual rect
Ceriatone Yeti 50
Diezel Herbert MKI

The most reliable has been the dual rect. I have not had any issues since owning in 2003. The colossus, herb, and yeti all had cold solder issues at one point. The only beef I have with the dual rect is even though it has the feel I want, I have to always use an eq in the loop (modded to series) to get the high mid response I want.

'71 Langner modded 100w superlead that Cameron recessitated when Dave Friedman failed miserably, and I'm being polite.

1990 Jubilee 2555(boosted), SLO(slightly boosted), Mesa Mark 2C+, Wizard MTL50, Cameron Aldrich or modern modded Marshall.

They all are/were amazing, still own 2.

Purple Modded TwinJet for the win
Followed kinda closely but not really too closely by the Rev.2

On a totally different playing field, either the 20th Sheevs or the Diezel Hagen. Both slaughter.

Diezel Herbert
Mesa Mk III coli,red stripe
Bogner 20th anniv.XTC

What was done on the power section? What are the tonal changes (compared to a stock MC2)?
