Fingers locking up?

I might of posted this elsewhere.
My pinky and ring finger. Keeps locking up. I can snap and snap em.
Shit does not go away!!
I go to my doc in April.
It’s out of control.
Barely pick up my Keyes somedays.

Wasn't Steve Henning /SAH having some hand problems as well? I think he's been working his way out of it. It's that in your fretting hand or both?

I normally fret my 123 fingers.
It’s not effecting any playing. It’s like my lower hand is like ‘dead’.
Still can move it. But it’s one it’s own?’
Kinda venting. Was wondering if anyone else has / had this?

Would contact steve. But he hasn’t been here in years.

I've had a mixture of that plus some overall stiffness in the whole hand, plus a little pain. What I did to help it is running hot tap water over both hands for a few minutes. I also went down to .08s as I was struggling some days with the bends I like to do. That has helped a ton. Even if I'm not feeling it so to speak I keep playing and it ends up all good. Before this I'd just struggle to play some runs that literally the day before were a breeze.
