So I bought this GREAT new PRS 24 Floyd and received it this week.
This is the guitar, they sent me pics before shipping:
I decided to remove one of the springs, so I took off the trem cover and detached the round part from the claw...but the "post" part that sinks into the small holes in the block will not come out. Its just plain stuck. I've tried needle nose pliers, prying with a small flathead screwdriver, but nothing seems to work. Other springs are behaving the same way. Granted I haven't put a ton of power into pulling it out...I don't want to slip with pliers and hack up the guitar. I've never had this happen before with a floyd.
Anyone ever experience this or perhaps suggest a solution?
Thanks
