it does no good to state a point you have already said, once again.
like others here, where are the tracking numbers from both parties in this situation.
as for your payment schemes through paypal - the fee's to operate paypal should be taken by the business, not the consumer. thats the professional outtake, however theres nothing in writing that says Adam has to eat the fee - only that $35 be sent your way from his account.
as for the company floyd upgrades sending you a new block as well - well - that is up to the business to decide. not members here on the forum.
now, clearly, there would be some form of tracking through dates or serial tracking numbers through the parties each of you used for shipping. where are they at? if they dont exist, why?
there's lot here to reply to
I stated the point again as nothing happened.
I was promised the full amount right here, but my PPal account is dormant.
it also keeps it in the public eye, which is my prerogative.
let me restate in simplified terms what occurred here; this is my beef.
You go to a store, there is something you ask to be replaced as it was damaged in the box, but there is no returns counter,
so without so much as a word, the retailer grabs your ccard, refunds you short, and still says nothing.
you ask for the replacement and they tell you to come back later when you can get it, only when you come back, they push
you aside as they deal with their happy buying customers, whom they point to every time a sale goes through to make you aware
you are unique, and they talk loudly about this to the customers as they serve them, whilst they leave you in the corner all day.
I have a tracking number from my return, and it was delivered; it was never disputed that my package was received by floydupgrades.
there never has been a tracking number, nor any other proof of send for the replacement, or the supposed 2nd replacement.
doesn't take a detective to come to a conclusion.
there never was a replacement sent.
floydupgrades can say they sent one until they are blue in the face, but without proof it means nothing.
I have put my integrity on the line in stating that no package was received.
I value that integrity slightly more than the pennies I am out on this deal.
once that error was realised, floydupgrades offered to send the replacement and told me to "keep the refund for your trouble"
that was all in the right direction, it was not asked for and I thought it an exceptional gesture.
then it went wrong, and no replacement came.
the communication was then vague and non-committal regarding the supposed sent package.
I don't have to be offered the difference, just put it in my account. I certainly haven't got anything else.
and for the record, stating that I am not getting a replacement after putting this on a Forum is more than a bit rich.
I was already told to "go scam someone else". my chances of a replacement at that time were then what?
