So I joined a new band recently called 12 Gauge Confessional (on iTunes/spotify) and was planning on using the Randall Nullifier for my first show with them this weekend here at Biketoberfest in Daytona.

Got it all loaded up in the live-in case and all.

Then as I was dicking about this morning I went into my room with all my amps and saw the TriAmp MKIII and was like… “holy shit! This is probably the perfect amp for this project!”

I literally haven’t used this amp since before moving from Vegas to Daytona. As suspected, it kills for the type of stuff we do. Bringing to to rehearsal tonight to confirm but man, this band requires more than one tone so with the midi and all the channel options, it’s hard to believe I don’t try it first.

Triamps are the epitome of Jack of all trades, Master of none in an amplifier. I’m sure it will serve it’s purpose for the gig though.

I was tempted by the Coreblade years ago; never got one...eventually I got a Diezel VHX for a tube amp with built-in effects.

The Coreblade is an incredible amp IMO; one of the raddest high gainers I've ever played. I always keep my lil eyes open for a good deal on one but haven't scored one yet
