So did you replaced the top row of speakers? If so with what?

Or did you try different speakers, and put the originals back in? If so, do you have the phase (polarity) correct?
I replaced them a bunch a of times in the top to experiment, but never messed with the 15’s on the bottom. It came stock with H30’s, then I tried Jensen C12N’s, then Alnico Gold’s and now Fane F90’s

The phase (polarity) should be correct. I just matched the wiring to how it was with the stock H30’s

Do you still have the H30's? If so try them, and see if it goes away.

I once had a certain combination of different speakers cause the cab to flub out.

Like others have said, I’d make sure every screw is tight...don’t over tighten them but just try to turn them clockwise to see if they came loose. Every single one. I had an early T75 cab, vented magnets that made the same noise that you describe and almost every baffle screw needed tightening.
I’ll open it up again when I get a chance. It seemed like every screw in there was about as tight as I could make it. If anything I was thinking about making them a little less since Psychodave says they shouldn’t be very tight
He's referring to the speaker screws...you can over tighten them and then the frame is now not flat anymore to mount correctly..it will appear warped. I did this once to a speaker; I was able to remedy it by putting a thicker foam gasket on the frame.

I do still have them. I can try that, but that would be really disappointing if this cab can’t handle the F90’s bottom end. I guess now that you mention it, it only flubbed with the F90’s and Alnico Gold’s, which both have more bottom end than the H30’s and C12N’s in it before. The F90 has an especially big bottom end

I do remember though the cab sounding bigger and maybe also louder when I first had it and if anything I’d think it should sound bigger with the F90’s and Gold’s than H30’s

I've used large pillows or seat cushions off the couch to block speakers to try and find noises but admittedly with varying success. I am deaf in one ear so I have terrible directional hearing and have a hard time locating sound sources. Is there a particular note that is worse than others?

I've had Marshall cabs with the old riveted handles rattle really bad but I would expect the Friedman to have addressed that. I've also had something nearby rattle that really sounded like it was the cab (but then my hearing so...).

And I'll admit it...I've completely removed all speakers and checked them all with a signal generator only to find it was something else (like rivetted handles  ). Oh well, at least I now know for sure my 70's greenies are good across the spectrum.

Update: I loosened the speaker screws with the F90’s in there and it got rid of the flub except for around the low g and g#, but the tone still wasn’t good and like I said sounded smaller than stock with H30’s. I then put the H30’s back in now it sounds like it did when I first got it again. Maybe some slight rattling, but otherwise sounds like I remember from when I first had it

Perhaps the higher wattage speakers were just too much for it? The F90’s sounded bigger than any of my other speakers when tested in isolation and made by Ubercab and Diezel 412 sound bigger. I normally don’t like the H30’s and in other scenarios they sounded smaller to me than most of the other speakers I have, yet somehow in this cab they sound much better than the other I’ve tried in it (Jensen C12N’s, Celestion Alnico Gold’s and Fane F90’s). The Gold’s are my favorite speaker made today in my Kerry Wright sound terrific. Not sure why other speakers seem to not sound good in this cab, but for now I’m happy that it sounds right again

Also, I tested both my F90’s in isolation and one of them seems to have a staticky breakup kinda sound around the low e to g range, so maybe it was responsible for that issue before. Can anyone tell me why it may have this issue? It looks very clean overall, no tears

Glad you got it worked out. Yeah some speakers, or speaker combos don't work out for every cab.

As for your one staticky F90, is the frame rim warped, or bent? Like others said over tightening can bend the frame. That can cause voice coil alignment problems, and/or physical cone distortion.

No it looks fine to me. Other than the parts where I soldered it looks like a brand new speaker as far as I can tell
