Friedman IR-J question

Alright so quick idea to keep at the GF’s house for a bedroom rig of sorts … how we would it work ?

I have a set of KRK monitors collecting dust so I was thinking about building a mini pedal board centered around a Friedman IR-J, and running it direct into the KRK monitors via the headphone out

How F’n crazy am I ?

I love the Friedman JEL tone which is why I am asking about that pedal specifically. While not the exact same they share the dna

A real man would put a 412 friedman cab with a 50watt jel head in his GF’s house. Just sayin’

That setup should work well as a small but great sounding rig. I’ve hooked up my IR-J in so many different ways it’s amazing how many options it has, while sounding great doing it.

I actually liked both the IR-X and IR-D more than the IR-J which shocked me because i'm more of a hair metal guy. As others have mentioned though, you can just run it out.
