I wanted to love the IR-J but ended up liking it. Great piece of gear in concept like the other Friedman pedals, but for my use just didn't scratch the itch. There is a "clang" to the tone and is cool for certain things but seems to take away from chugs. Just my opinion.

I am going to get a Synergy SYN-2. I already have the modules for my 20IR and I know i'll get more. I have the Fryette PS-2a coming and think the two will pair well together.

You have always known a Syn-2 is the way :ROFLMAO:
🤣🤣🤣 You knew before I knew, lol.

Any of us from back on Harmony Central could smell an upcoming gear purchase like a hound dog on a fugitives tail, lol.
