Friedman Smallbox + Greenbacks w/Band

This is from a week ago using a first version Smallbox head into an old 1960B with the stock Greenbacks. It's 10 minutes of song snippets that you may or may not like. LOL



Guitar is a CS Strat and a CS Gibson I got 3 weeks ago with Custombuckers that I may post about soon.

I used to play this place up at point venture....great name cause though it was a neighborhood, getting in there felt like you were driving into the void. Tight turns, steep hills, hairy as hell getting in and out. Then the venue was a floating dock 100 yards out onto the water. It was cool that people would pull their expensive boats up, tie off, and dine. But what a damn headache that load in was....

I thought the Smallbox sounded good SgtThump! It sounds plenty raw and open like a Marshall and less polished than a BE100. The cleans were good too, very nice. The band sounds tight, I like the variety of music... songs that keep all tastes happy and staying at the venue!

Is that a Diezel 4x12 cabinet I see in the video though?

I'm surprised the Diezel VH4 wasn't there.....Do you just like to change things up every now and then?

Nah, that's my Marshall 1960BC with Greenbacks. I just like to change things up pretty often for the heck of it. I have several rigs now that all work well, so I swap them out!
