Today, I wired in the main board for good. To do this, I had to do some work to solder the choke, the OT, the filter cap under the board and a PT wire to the board. You can see some of those connections on the board. I also wired in the 6V AC PT for the heaters. I finished all the ON/OFF, filter cap, etc wiring on the right side of the amp. Shrink wrapped and twist tied the remaining PT wired to neaten things up. Also soldered and twist tied off all the wiring from the board to the filter caps, grounds, On/Off, etc. Looks decent... Here are a couple pictures of that work. The long wires you see hanging around go to the XLR that goes to the footswitch. Haven't wired that yet...:
Also started wiring the preamp section of the main board to the preamp tubes. I would have finished this section today, but I ran out of 100K resistors I'll need to order tomorrow. You can see the shielded wire with 4.7K resistor soldered, shrink-wrapped and the assembly soldered to pin 2 of V1:
I also wired the inputs. You can see a shielded wire coming from the inputs that'll go to the board:
And here is the whole thing where I am today:
I should be able to finish the amp next Sunday!
