Thanks brother! Yeah it is funny how you can get components and sometimes certain things don't sound ideal until you finally suck it up and get a key component. I really dig the Synergy stuff and didn't realize I wasn't getting the best tone until I got this. Just sounds more 3D.

I could always tell in the room, but what really did it for me was making ToneX and NAM captures of my Synergy stuff. I made some with my Mesa 2:90, Duncan KTG2100, and the JCA, and the JCA ones just came out much bigger, thicker.

The KTG was super tight and stiff, and the 2:90 is kind of in between the other two. Making the captures really made the differences in the power amp stand out.

I didnt get a chance to play the Fryette or Syn-2 yesterday because I was at my 7th Brit Floyd show (best one yet). I just played a bit earlier and loving this thing more and more. I have the Depth cranked and Presence up at 10 o'clock or so. Just sounds amazing with my Synergy Killer Kali and SLO-II modules. So glad i got this thing, i'm having a blast.
