On the downside, a couple companies I've had to deal with getting parts for my racecars... COMPLETE assholes... So you could understand my concern when I got no response from Fryette initially.

I've seen posts from people on forums who were impatient, self-entitled whiners, so you could understand my initial thought when I read your post.

But seriously, you're going to need to get over the expectation of having instant gratification because smaller builders have to run lean nowadays if they want to remain competitive, and keep their doors open.

Having someone sitting around answering phones all day costs money and having people run to the phone every time it rings is a workflow breaker that keeps you from getting much done.

Be patient, it's not as if you've been chasing them for weeks nor is the situation dire based on the parts you need.

Your comment was the least of my worries  I'm still new here, I deserve a kick in the balls once in a while HAHA! I didn't realize they were a small company honestly... I assumed by their popularity they were a little bigger than they are. You know what they say about assuming lol

All good in the hood Mr. Savage

Yeah, that perception is a good thing and it's because they've been around so long, produced so many great amps and have excellent customer service.

I've had very good luck in my sole experience with Fryette support. They responded within 48 hrs to my inquiry on birth year for my 50CL, and even shipped me a free corner piece that I offered to purchase. Cool guys that make stellar products. Chomping at the bit for an LXII :m17:

Im very aware the site says $16. I was quoted $10 by Fryette via eMail

I posted all the price quotes in my other thread. Let this one drop now. Its done. Thanks

 They are probably off all week. Maybe if you let them know a couple weeks ahead of time they will have someone on standby Christmas day in case you need any T-shirts or bumper stickers.

And the dickbag post of the night award goes to.... :jerkit: There's one in every group...

Like I said, whatever I will wait for monday... I've never dealt with a company that no one answers the phone during business hours at all when you call... That just baffles me... but whatever.

Well dude if you are dumb enough to start a thread complaining that you can't get it contact with a company during a holiday week, and all you need is frivolous supplies expect some backlash. I could see it being a bit more legit of a problem if your amp wasn't working.

I sent VHT 2150 to Fryette for repairs. They opened it up the day it was received on Wednesday and finished it 48 hours later and shipped it back last Friday! Awesome!

I see someone Necro bumped this, so I figured I would add to it.

Sorry to see the OP issues but I must say Fryette has some of the best customer service I have ever had in my life.

I think they are a fantastic company with amazing products and I would never hesitate with them.

I can not even state the kind of a deal they gave me but it was indeed amazing!!!!

TY Fryette. I will have another some day. (I sold my CL100 and miss it alot)

I'll necro bump it again...all is NOT well within Fryette...go look at my other thread about how many people they owe product/money to...

I have to agree with this. I've contacted them three times this year about purchasing some bolts for the handle of my 2/50/2 and I have not received any responses. This after last August I purchased $100 worth of parts from them, and they answered within 24 hours.

Well, now you CAN'T see the other thread because it's gone !!! LOL!!! Ongoing feud thread at TGP for 3 years, within 12 hours of it hitting here on RT things are being resolved and posts deleted...and threats made.

Funny...I specifically reply to 'they who shall not be named directly' due to their misguided 'backer' assertions on the GP/DI....and every single one of my non-slanderous/100% fact replies gets deleted. So as a backer were not even allowed to voice an opinion towards the handling of the project. Right on!
