Hello there
I bought a Hagen along with its FS7HA pedalboard and the Columbus, years ago.
However, I've always used the head at home, so I didn't need the pedalboard since I changed channels with the switches on the front.
Since I needed to take the head to the rehearsal room, I first connected the FS7HA pedalboard with a regular guitar cable, but it didn't work. The same goes with stereo cable. The LEDs don't light up, and it obviously doesn't change channels. I'd like to know if the problem is with the pedalboard or the amplifier.
Are there any things I should check before taking it to a technician for inspection?
