never sell? my Diamond Phantom. it has this mojo to it and I used it on our last CD and it was tight.

should have kept? probably my Heritage VIP2. I've never seen another since. great super strat type guitar from the The Heritage folks.

Never sell: Epiphone Les Paul jr. It was my first guitar and a POS but it's my POS.

Regret selling the Laney supergroup. It was a pissed off Marshall slp that had Laney written on the front.

I should have never sold the Mark IV short head and 2x12 vertical that I got at GC on sale right after Christmas about 8 years ago. Scored the 2 for $1229 plus tax. I think I sold the pair later for $2000 or more but the point is, I had a great amp that I ended up going back to and spent a lot of money on the road to getting my current Mark IV.

I should have never sold this Suhr Modern. I was the original owner and fell out of love with Floyds so I sold it to fund the Blue Drip below. I just miss the guitar and know some day I'll buy it back.

These are the 2 guitars I'll likely never sell: My 2 Suhr Moderns. The Bengal Flame is a 2008 and the Blue Drip is a 2009. Both were bought new through Indoor Storm.

I'd like to say I'll never sell these rigs but I'm slightly less positive of that then in the case of my guitars.

My original RG565 will probably never leave my possession. Has my perfect configuration. Was in 9/10 condition when I got it, which is NUTS for an older Ibanez

I think that your RG565 is beautiful. Great colour combination all around.

My prestige 1570 and ESP MII Custom special that i ordered. Amp wise i could never see unloading my prototype/5150 II.

Still own all three - great to know i was being honest and not kidding myself

Would never sell the following:

Marshall '84 Vertical input 2204 (bone stock)
EVH 5150III 100w (very early production)

'91 Davies Washburn N4 (both of them)
'90 Ibanez RG770 (My first guitar)
'00 Les Paul Classic (the best sounding LP I've played)

Monte Allum modded Boss SD-1 (makes every tube amp a shredder)

EVERYTHING else is fair game

I'm thankful to say that I don't regret selling any piece of gear.

Keepers:
marshall jcm 800, cali mod with foot switchable clean, gains and masters, and about 32 switches. At one point it was one of his most modded amps. All I know is its perfect for me. :)
2002 gibson les paul 58 reissue. Had it since 2002, not going anywhere.
56 les paul custom. It rocks. Will sell if offered insane price I guess.
Fender EJ strat. Never heard or played a better SSS strat.

Regrets:
2003 57 reissue les paul w/ brazilian fretboard. Sold it to buy the custom
mesa mk iic+ awesome lead tone
bogner xtc 101b. Great versatile amp.

20thA XTC is never leaving me - as per Reza's comment above, it'll go to the grave with me.
VH4, this answers two categories at once; I wished I'd never sold my mono versions to try the stereo head. I prefer the mono, and will more than likely get another one very soon. It will not leave my side - ever.

I sold my brand new Twin Jet. Although I found it a bitch to EQ in order to get the tones needed on the fly when playing; the tone it did offer was just tits. I regret selling it especially since I got it FULLY loaded for next to nothing from a dude who'd gone out of business.

KEEPERS: VH4 (possibly the Herbert, have yet to re-experiment) and the 20thA-XTC; 2 x '57 Lesters, 1 x '59 Lester. My ESPs.
REGRETS: Bogner TJ

Everything else is water under the bridge.

Mo - presumably reissues rather than actual '57 and '59 Lesters? ;)

Try out a Herbert mate. You won't be disappointed.

Keepers: 20th XTC will never leave me and is in many ways the perfect amp. Herbert will never leave me as it's the perfect metal amp. My two Custom 24s.

Regrets: VH4. Should never have sold it :(

My First VH4.

Now I have a VH4 again, I don't think I could ever see myself getting rid of it. It's pretty much the benchmark by which I judge all other amplifiers.

Good to see so much love for the VH4.

81 LP jus a perfect LP tone and great player.

76 SG, the first real quality guitar ever.

2013 LP AAAA that was a wifey gift
2011 Suhr Custom that was a mom gift

Amps?

Keepers are:

I know it may seem funny, but my old beater DSL100 is just a great all around Marshall. I think I would regret selling it. I am keeping it and selling a JVM410...
