There is no such thing as low level player in a RICO case. They gave him a plea deal which means he has some pretty juicy details about Donald Trump's attempts to overturn the will of the Georgia voters. But nice try at deflection.

Rico was designed for your Pablo Escobar types….now they use it to get anybody they want. Including conspiracy statutes. With those all they need is someone to testify….truthfully or not…doesn’t matter…or abuse of the patriot act….freedom dies in silence and the darkness of night….not in a fiery conflagration of flames smoke and death….lol…

All true. And quite dramatic, with a nice poetic flair. But I digress............

RICO gets misused just like everything in the freaking world, but it does work wonders when a wide ranging conspiracy is involved. Everyone arrested was allegedly involved in the crime in one form or another. RICO was the right tool - and it's already working. Lot of dumb, mostly innocent people got roped in in a number of states and there's no way they are gonna take the wrap for the likes of Sydney Powell or Jeffery Clark.

If it had been Democrats who'd done it and been arrested I'd be preaching to the choir right now. ?
 
My issue with Herr general was he struck me as pandering to politicians. And thus setting himself up possibly. Just my opinion and only a feeling. I was also not a fan of mattis either. I don’t see the existential threat to our democracy in Russia that they see. I see Russia as the new sick man of Europe with a lot of nukes.

You said WHOLE LOTTA NUKES. Safe to say Russia has more inter-continental missiles that all those other countries combined - excluding Israel and China. The USA and China have way too much money on the table together to ever do anything other than posture, and Israel is currently one of our top allies.

your confusing me....you think russia wants a war with us? a nuclear one at that? they can't even spank the ukraine.....I actually think Finland could defeat them at this point in a fully conventional conflict.

the biggest danger is our own self-serving, corrupt, malfeasant, incompetent ruling parasites, many in office for years or decades and their misuse of the Federal agencies.

It's only going to get worse since the majority in power have zero interest and incentive in changing it, and the more they get away with, the more they're emboldened to do even more, with impunity.
