So I have had this since they were released. Honestly, at first I wasn't in love with them. I had gotten the Zilla set maybe a week prior to these and really liked those from the jump. After a bit more time, I am definitely digging these a lot more than when I first tried them. I threw them onto a mix I did for the ML Sound Lab Mark V plugin and they sound excellent.

Working on a full vid this week to show with amps and with a few different modelers. Just grabbing some quick clips "for shits and grins"

Some serious chunky chuggage. Nice.

Just curious you never finished part II of the Line 6 Stomp HX. Was looking at one for a floor effects unit or portable headphone practice amp. Did it go bye bye. Or is it on your to do list.

Nice channel BTW ???

Hey thanks! I have been so busy with my "square gig" I have made very little content. I have a bunch of vids ready to start for the Stomp XL and will be getting on that this week for sure. Killer little unit. I bring it to work with me every day! LOL!

Thanks for checking out the channel as well!

In regard to the Cali cabs, they do well with the chug stuff, but I was getting some nice rock tones as well before making this little clip. I'll do a full walkthrough of Cali for sure.

Added another quick vid to the OP. These are definitely growing on me!

Damn this shit is only $50 too? Think i'll pull the trigger as well

I've been working with this plugin a bit over the past week and came around on it. I didn't really like it at first, it was fine but after doing some mixes for fun, this plugin is extremely easy to use and sounds decent to great in most settings. It can sometimes be a bit bland, but never terrible. You have a bit of customizability but not too much that you get lost in tweaking or in searching for that perfect IR. I actually really like that there is a brightness knob instead of a virtual speaker placement, because that gets too fiddly for me.

Yeah like I said too, out of the gate, didn’t love the tones. Once I started using it in some mixes it came to life and I appreciated it a lot more.

For sure the simple controls help you kind of just “pick something” as opposed to too much futzing about.
