So, you live in a really gay city. I guess youre an expert. Congrats.
Btw, I spent some time in Minneapolis last year on business. Awesome city! In fact, I'd like to go back on vacation just for the hell of it.
LOL. Went to a Chinese buffet I recall was called Happy Moon. Asians lined up around the building. I saw that and said we gotta eat here. If every Asian in MN is waiting outside it's gotta be legit. And it was.
I don't want to make this thread 20 pages long, so I'll try to keep it short
I'm not an expert, anecdotal evidence(like what I posted) for the most part means nothing, and if people are just of a different generation, and aren't used to the banana slinged men at pride, I understand. But around 30%(2010) of the US think that "...gay or lesbian relations between consenting adults..." should be
illegal, 40%(2012) think that being gay is morally wrong and 35%(2011) think that gays should not be able to raise children. By not being married, gay couples miss out on
1,138 benefits that married couples get. Around 26% of children that come out to their parents are told they must leave home. Those are some of the numbers, now for more Anecdotal evidence

When I was in 5th grade, I went to fundamentalist private school. I remember the principle of many years came out and was forced to leave. They told us that it was best if we didn't talk about him, and no one did, publicly. A lot of people dropped someone, whom they liked and seemingly cared for, like a bad habit. Gays are discriminated against for their sexuality more than straight people are, to claim otherwise is false.
Haven't heard of that one, are you sure it wasn't Super Moon?
