No you don't. Let's start again brother. I just posted a response in another thread which I wanted to "Mention" you in, but I couldn't remember off the top of my head the spelling of your user name. So I will try to give you a brief run down of what the deal is with JD. As I said in the other thread, the majority of the people in here lean to the right. The majority of the people ( not all) are also perfectly decent guys who can be friends and have normal conversations with those on the left. Maybe it's harder with some of the unhinged variants, but most normal fucking liberals/democrats can get along just fine with most people in here. JD never came in here like you did, trying to be civil and normal. He came in here with one purpose. To troll people on the right. He has never once tried to have a decent conversation with anyone other than other liberals. That's why people call him a sheep fucker and all that other shit.

As for me, I apologize if I came off like a dick. But when you started defending JD, who make no mistake is a complete piece of shit, it made it hard for me to give a shit what you think. I got carried away in the internet moment see. The fact is that one of my best friends is a militantly union anti-capitalist lefty. We get along fine. We don't intentionally antagonize each other. And I think most people in here are the same way.

So to reframe. Welcome to OT. One small piece of advice. In most cases it's safe to assume if there is some shit slinging going on, there is a reason you probably don't know about.

Well thanks for asking. A brief bio. I was in working bands ( I am a bass player) most of my life. Sometime around 2015 I dismembered my band. These days I play a little guitar for entertainment, but not a whole lot. Prior to that I was a member of other gear forums with most of these guys. RIght around 2015 I was permabanned from the ghey page and a couple years ago some people I kept in touch with over the years told me about this place. So I came here. It's true I don't have a lot of time to play and it's really not one of the hobbies I do pursue when I do have time, but I still have some cool gear, some knowledge and some friends here. I also have a phone and a job that allows me the flexibility to fuck off a little bit, take breaks, etc.

It doesn't really make any difference to me if you hang out in here or not, but it does occur to me you might actually enjoy it so you might reconsider. Frankly I like having varying opinions around. I like Dan Nosack, er, Gleesak, AKA Aynirar being around, VB, RGX, etc. I would probably like having JD around if he wasn't such an unrelenting asshole and if he would actually make arguments that weren't just Occupy Democrat retreads.

Incidentally, for perspective, Dan has only been here a couple years longer than me and his post count more than doubles my own. He also has a job, a family and plays guitar a hell of a lot more than I do. So it happens.

I will start this by saying that since I am an independent I am able to not follow the Left or the right out of some type of blind devotion and can actually be open to things that are based in reality
