Def need to keep his mouth shut and let someone else discuss the product. Or go to manner school for a few years and come back. I am sure most don't understand where this is coming from, but I have seen Jay not only be a dick to me, but countless others, and gets off trying to make people look inferior and talks down to everyone, buying his own bullshit that comes out 100 percent of the time. Talking to potential customers that way, just nuts..
