Grill cloth question

So I got some S&P to replace my EVH black grill cloth and when comparing it to my Marshall it has a lot more black in it. Now I’ve had the Marshall cab for 25 years or so and even though it got gigged it mainly has been at home. Is it just the nature of things that cloth patterns change a bit over the years and depending who is making it? Or does my Marshall actually have something different from S&P? I was pretty sure from pics that the Marshall isn’t black & tan but maybe it is?

That Marshall cab looks more like pinstripe to me, rather than S&P. Is that a TV cab? Gold piping, too, if my eyes aren't deceiving me.

Not a TV cab. I came across it in a store this way, as a used 1960BX cab, where somebody had already changed it.
