the mo'joe in the bridge makes this guitar- a mahogany guitar- bark like a les paul - and then you have the single coil in the neck....

1991 RG565`s. These are my favorite guitars, i absolutely love the feel of the maple Wizard neck in those years and the SC/HB config is killer. Didn`t know witch color to get so i got them all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Charvel Warren DeMartini Snakeskin has this config. The RTM Duncan Humbucker in the bridge and the Quarter Pounder in the neck slot.

killer pic with the 4 rg 565s , i had a look to try and find one used but they're above 700 euro from what i've seen although i'm sure they can be found for less
I used to have a prestige s2170 that had the wizard 2 neck(5pc however) which i really liked, the guitar just had no flavour, so i pulled the trigger on the rgr .. it's not too much of a hit financially, and hopefully some of my gear will sell lol
curious to see more guitars
the caparison horus is another option and looks sick
but at that kind of money (around 2300 euros..) i think i'd be looking at a suhr or something instead =)

You could get a HSS Fender and get a pickgaurd with only a bridge Hum and neck SC cutout. Just leave the middle SC empty and covered...

i prefer to have separate guitars that do their own thing really well than one guitar that tries to do all of them (i'm speaking of my own guitars i'm sure there are guitars that do a really good job of this), i sold my gibson nighthawk for that same reason
i tend to gravitate to my thinline tele for more varied tones, or another guitar i have setup with a p90 neck/splittable PAF bridge
