Given the purported ultra/uber high-gain faceblast nature of this amp, I'm curious to know if it'll have or retain the ability to clean up (to any reasonable degree) when the gtr volume is rolled back. I'm guessing it won't, or not enough to really be meaningful and so channel switching would be required... still, very interesting and intriguing amp!
Its not going to out-gain a 5150, ENGL, etc. Of course it'll have plenty of gain, but its more about quality over quantity. The gain ch. will have a
somewhat lower gain mode.
As I understand it, the Natas will have a lot more gain than a 5150 or Engl....but it will be 100% useable. The Hulk JCM800 has more gain... I owned a 5150 and have played plenty of Engls... the Hulk was super saturated, yet clear and refined. Mike says that the Natas will have more gain

Heck, the Meathead has tons of gain. If I dont get a Natas, I am getting a Bones, but with Meathead transformers and its high gain channels. Now all I have to do is wait...
