Heartwarming Chugs - Carstens Grace into VHT 2150

Haha, I know right! My wife was recording and I guess got scared and pressed stop. Pretty evil tones so I can understand lol.

Rest assured I turn down when my daughter's around, but sometimes she sneaks up on me!

I was sweating it when she got to the second stair case but she knew how to navigate them.

Good catch, yeah I re-discovered this clip from a couple winters ago. Sadly, I have since sold the Carstens Grace. I got in on the first run, and after the fact confirmed that for my needs I absolutely needed an effects loop. I emailed back and forth with Brian asking if he would add one, and to my surprise he ultimately declined, only to include the option on his future amps immediately after I sold it.

I'd love to try an Empire or revisit the Grace at some point.

Yeah, but if you were loading it down and running it into the VHT power amp, you already had your effects loop right there?

Yes indeed, and it was a great setup on many levels. In the end I just felt like it wasn't the best fit for me. Gear whores are always looking for excuses!!
