Help dating a VH4

Hey guys I'm trying to date a VH4 Ive been offered in an even trade for my Herbert. The owner of the VH4 sent me a pic of the serial number but ive been unable to figure this out myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I guess I'd take her out for dinner, nothing fancy, then I guess we'd go for a nice walk and eventually stop by at my place.. If her mother approves of you she's all yours.. good luck with the date

i hope you get the date. But Im not sure as your date is pretty young while being born in 2009...

...info based on the first two digits...unless the VH4 serial number format has changed at some point.

my vh4 from 2011 indeed starts with 11xxxxx.
