Help! Rebel 30, fuzz sound, maybe a resistor problem

This is my first post in the forum, I am a follower for many years but had never needed so much help.

I went to Eganter support, foolishly believing that would help me (my amp is no longer under warranty).

I have a Rebel 30 head, about 3 years ago, I bought it on an official distributor in Mexico

The amplifier has had little use over the years, rarely played live, mostly used at home and very very few times per month

Recently I began to notice that the sound specially on channel 2 was not the same, it was difficult to find a good distortion,I know very well the voice of my rebel, something was wrong.

Noticed a slight touch of fuzz distortion on the background, very annoying when in the past used to be British with a lot of dynamics and punch.

Quickly from one rehearsal to another, the problem was accentuated to the point of having a fuzz distortion after playing a short period of time, the kind of bad distortion of a broken speaker.

The clean channel also evident, an unnatural distrotion is noticed, (I have two Egnater cabs (ministack), discard a problem of bad cables or speaker, bass on both channels became very fuzzy. all of this issue is mostly on the side of el84s, I use the Tube Mix using all power tubes.

I placed a Mullard EL84 and after the BIAS the problem still there. The "old" El84 was an electro harmonix I change 2 years ago with very low use.

Looking back in time, when the amplifier was little more than a year (out of guarantee) something similar happened, the side of the EL84 was awful even more fuzz than now, when I open the amplifier carefully heard something was loose inside, It was a resistor located in the area of the EL84, (attached photo taken that time)

The resistor was completely detached from the PCB, I welded again. after that everything back to an absolute normality. that was the solution, until then had been perfect and without any change in their wonderful sound so far.

I suspect the same resistor. Still attached to the plate but the sound produced by el84s is very similar to what happened on that occasion.

Egnater fabulous response was "Why do not we replace the part and see what happens ..."

nothing else. just that.

I send them this same text and images.

The colors of the resistor are unreadable. no resistor in the pcb is like this, all resistors 6v6 tubes and el84 have different colors. I have no idea what value is the R21, I think it's toast and the colors were distorted. On the other hand, it has always been its appearance since I found her loose that time., one of the attached photo was taken at that time.

someone have any idea what value is?, is located in R21 v3. I searched for pictures of some rebel 30 pcb on the web but I didnt found anything

I need some clues, I am very concerned and Egnater is rare brand in my country and technical experts in amplifiers in this city are very rare, Im afraid being cheated with exorbitant charges for composure.

Any suggestions?

Greetings from Monterrey Mexico and really apreciate any advice.
