Henning Cherry Bomb Clip at the LA Amp Show

Here is Darren Stroud (dstroud here at rig-talk) ripping it up on the Henning Cherry Bomb at the LA Amp Show Oct 7 2012. Darren is going through the various channels and features of the amp and also rolling off his volume to show how well it cleans up even in the hotter channel with max saturation when set for a lot of gain.

My camera is incredibly bad for audio (and video it seems! :lol: :LOL: ) recording and this is YouTube so don't expect a pro quality recording. Anyway, here it is:

I just watched this on your YT channel. The amp sounds awesome and great playing by Darren. I may have to see if I can swing one, seriously.

Sounds great dude... Lighting in that room was poor but video lesson #1: Lighting points towards the front of your subject. :-)

What are the speakers of choice in the henning cabs?Amp sounds great.

Still digging Chub's chops on the Henning site. The amp has some real cut and punch, white retaining a bit of traditional flavor.

Nice job on the unveiling Steve, from conception to sales. Class act and an example for others to follow.

I can't believe we didn't record more video!!!!! Couple of Amp Show noobs, I tell ya :doh: :lol: :LOL: Clips? You mean people will want to hear clips? We gave them free T-shirts and now they want clips? :D
 
Amp sounded wicked in the room. Massive. It has a great growl.Cleaned up nice as well. Steve should do well. :)

Awesome amp Steve...congrats on what can only be considered a highly successful debut based on the feedback from those who were there. It's clear that it was one of the stars of the show. Great playing as well Darren! :thumbsup:
 
Great playing, as always, from Darren. Really hard to get a feel for the amp in the video, but the clips on the website have me hooked regardless. This amp has definitely made its way onto my short list. I've heard nothing but great things from anyone who heard it at the show.
