Herbert CC list

Does anyone happen to have a breakdown of the Control Change (CC) #'s for channel switching the Herbert?

As far as I know Diezel amps do not support CC. Only program changes!
 
Just curious if when you say you figured it out, if you mean the CC #'s? I was actually wondering the same thing. ;) Would like to hear how you made out
