Uncle Mo and I have a joke going about which is better, the VH4 or the Herbert.

Me and I are discussing that when we adjust the noise trimmer nothing at all happens. I can turn my all the way down or all the way up and there is no change at all. Is that normal?

Yes Peter, what exactly is the Hum Trimmer? A low frequency High-Pass Filter coming from the the tube heaters or something?
