Here We Go Again - Which Dual Rectifier Revision is This?

Alright fellas. my friend let me borrow his Dual Rec for one of his comparison videos last night.

He and I were both under the impression it was a Rev F, but when I picked it up, he said "Hey, the serial is 617, maybe it's not a Rev F"

I came home and tried to do some reading while I had time, but it was hard to tell (and maybe the info just isnt out there) where Rev C/D/E definitively end.

So this being Serial 617, does anyone know where that would fall in the revisions? I'm not interested in opening his amp up to check it out, haha, but
 
Should be a Rev F... but very well could be a Rev E as well. Lots of transitional models. Open it up and take a look at the board by the large blue filter caps on the edge.

The Rev Es don’t sound that great.
 
That's gonna be a Rev E. Rev F started somewhere between R-0627 and R-0643.
 
I own the serial # 590, which is a Rev E, which is really close to the one you have there. This one, along with the # 211 Rev C I also own, are my two favorite Dual Rectifiers I’ve had, including 2 Rev C, 1 Rev E, 2 Rev F and 4 Rev G.
 
Welp, my Rev F / Badlander comparison video will not be accurate then. Looks like I need to record a new intro, LOL

For the record, this Rectifier sounds great. Much tighter than the Rev G and 3 Channels I've owned.
