Im going to RI to see a show in Providence. Staying the night then head back to NY

Is Empire Guitars worth the stop.

GC in Warwick on the stop list

I didn't see any other stores on Google that looked good

Any suggestions within 20 miles of Providence

Not looking to go any further north on this trip so no Boston

I'll be hitting GCs in CT on the way up

Orange, Southington, New London GC’s aren’t all that great. Bill in Orange is good to deal with.
Manchester sometimes has a good selection.

Taking my daughter to comic con first weekend in November

She's going in with the wife so ill be free to hunt gear

Then the nutty wife is going to bust my nuts to waste a day at the mansions in Newport. We been there, done that

Rather do Foxwoods 😂

The orange one used to not be good, but I went a few weeks ago for the first time since Sam ash closed and it was packed with good stuff, definitely worth a stop

Daddies was amazing, miss that place

USN submarine museum is at Groton. They have some cool stuff. The dagger that Donitz surrendered is there, They have a rev war turtle replica, captured Japanese midget sub, Stuff from Capt. Fluckey, etc. The Nautilus is there also and you can go below deck but not aft. Mystic, CT is a cool spot to bum around with the family. I had my first beer with my oldest there at Mystic pizza. It was a Sam Adams Octoberfest. He came back to Groton from a 10 month deployment and turned 21 en route. All those kids came out of the sub squinting and as white as their uniforms. I've never seen so many rich people with volvo suv's. Literally 15 out of 20 parked cars on the main drag in Mystic were Volvos.

used to get a lot of gear back in the day at Daddy's Junky Music in New Britain;

...and Ed Roman's East Coast Music Mall in Danbury.
