Yup, that's the one amp I would consider paying over 5k for. As far as value, I know there was another on ebay last year and he wanted 8k for...last time I saw the listing it hadn't sold for 7500 but not sure if he pulled the ad or not.

Of the seller's 3354 positive feedbacks... only 28 are as a seller... and only 1 is for a guitar (Jackson MIJ sold over a year ago)... another for a mic preamp. Really? Not a glowing selling history. This strikes me as odd. Coupled with the fact that it is located in a far off part of the globe. No thanks.

I have the $$$ and do want it... but I've bought and sold enough gear not to want to deal with the potential $7K headache either. Pass.

Exactly. 7 yrs ago I bought a Silver Jubilee off Ebay from Italy. 1000 bucks. Stoked....but the tracking number wasn't tracking. So I googled 'online purchases from Italy' and saw a ton of fraud. On the 29th day I filed a claim with paypal and a week later I was refunded. I took a chance and lost...but got my money back so no worries. The seller I dealt with also had only 3 transactions...this C++ seller has a ton.

Wiz, I would imagine this amp will make you sell all your Mark IIIs and JP2C...If you like them you will shit the bed when you plug into a C+ Coliseum.

Wiz, I would imagine this amp will make you sell all your Mark IIIs and JP2C...If you like them you will shit the bed when you plug into a C+ Coliseum.

I'm sure a KRG MKIIC+ is a killer amp. No doubt. This one for sale has too many red flags for me. Also the seller lists his location as Moldova... but the amp is in Romania? Price is too high combined with the possible downside.

When I had a Strategy 400 and I slaved my old 60w C+ into it, I derailed the train going by 1/4 mile away. I had a 2B Coliseum and I slaved the 60 into it and it was even better, tighter, just mind blowing. But I couldn't justify keeping the Coli as a slave amp...as awesome as that was, I'd imagine a real C+ Coli would be even better....

Definitely risks...If I could get away with it I would try to grab it but I'd have to liquidate most of my gear first lol. I remember reading about a guy finding one of Prince's C+ Colis at a mom/pop shop in Mpls a few yrs back...he paid 1300 for it....

I've thought about what I'd do when one of these came up for sale. The temptation is strong. Then again, I have a DR & a DRG, I can slave the DRG into the DR & have my very own 150W IIC++ stereo rig!
