Dude, you are insane! All that work just to chop off a couple pounds? Hell I woulda added a pound by adding a looper pedal with loops before the amp, and loops for effects loop, with tuner out and be done with it. I gotta admire you fabricating and assembly skillz. Great job.
 
Basically, you done a Cornish- rehoused the pedals inside a custom-built pedalboard, with fitted power supplies. ;)


But it looks a hell of a lot better! Really nice work man, it looks great! It's awesome to see when people put the effort in.

It went from 26.5 lbs. to 15.5 lbs
