How close are you with your Sweetwater rep?

My SW guy is great. Emails me back instantly. Texts me when I have questions. They've sent warrantee stuff to me before I ship the damaged stuff back. They usually will eat overnight costs, or sometimes split the difference. The only thing that pisses me off is they use a 3rd party reseller to sell demo stuff. It does not ship from sweetwater, so it comes from some gearnuts or some other place that has no clue how to properly ship electronic products.

My guy has been a friend for over 25 years. Long before he started at SW.

Last order I got a bag of smashed peppermints and no bit-o-honey. I told my rep Tyler we were growing apart, but I will cherish the memories.
Crushed peppermints are still better than Smarties.

Smarties are the ultimate insult of candy. Just send me some packs of sugar, fucking cheapos
Like when you trick or treating as a kid and dude answers the door and has smarties or 5 cents worth of pennies stacked in plastic wrap. Guy probably goes all out at Easter "I bought Palmer chocolate bunnies". Yuck.

There was a guy I grew up by, he was a fucking total drunk but worked for Missouri Conservation. He was badass, he always had badass rifles and shit...this was the late 80's. But we went to his house one night on Halloween..and we could see him passed out on his couch, it was around 7 pm. He popped up and was like "OH SHIT!" and dumped a fucking ice cream bucket of coins into our pillow cases. I think we each had like $25-30.

I saved mine in my phone then set it to auto-decline his calls.

Not sure what the point of them are, never the lowest price and I can find more info on gear with 30 seconds on the internet than chatting for 15mins with him.

"You bro hope you're great today dog how is that rapco patch cable working out for you dude"

I think mine moved onto 50 point inspection.

You know whos blowing me up these days? The Red Cross!
I'm 0- blood type and donate a few times a year, but have never been called so much as of late.
Must be a blood shortage...
It’s for Stephen Miller but it’s on the DL.

My Rep has actually been really great, and the one before the current one was absolutely phenomenal as well. I honestly have no complaints with SW in all of these years like I have had with others.

my SW rep for at least 20 years, was promoted a few years ago; he's a drummer. He was good.

my rep that replaced him is a keyboardist. not big on buying new guitars from Sweetwater; I can usually get what I want, for a better price, in the condition I want (new, in the factory sealed box, in the warehouse) from MF. I call the same salesperson at MF for everything, she's great; been working with her for at least 10 years.

Last time I bought something from them, it looked dusty and had damage.

It's just not worth the trouble, plenty other places to buy from.
