I use a RMJ/Diamond MIDI thing-a-ma-bob control my Triple and DC at the same time, I use one of those Ebtech plug deals on one of the amps.......before I started using the DC I was using a Shiva with the Recto and they were out of phase to each other so yea watch for that.

I dont know if i can go back to a 1 amp set up now that ive been rocking 2!!!

I use several.

Lehle P-split is passive and great. Gound lift, phase inversion. Both amps are always on. Both amps need a load

RJM Y-Not, active and MIDI or conventional switch control, ground lift, phase inversion. Both amps need a load.

Little Labs PCP Distro. The ultimate for splitting.

I ran a two amp set up for a while using a radial big shot aby.

Same here. Works well!

But I'm tired of packing mutiple half-stacks around.

And let's be real, NO ONE in the audience ('cept maybe some guitar geek) gives a crap or cares. I've come to the conclusion that as long as I have one great amp at the gig, I'm all set and the hassle of putting two rigs up there isn't going to be worth the trouble to me for getting a slightly bigger/better tone palette. I dunno... maybe my last multi-amp gig (THREE amps) so overkilled me that it burnt me out on the whole thing...

Another BigShot ABY user here. I had used other ABY's in the past and ALL of the issues of running 2 amps were immediately cured using the BigShot. I'm puzzled as to why people use more expensive boxes when for 75 (new) the BigShot does it all, and does it well. Phase reverse, isolation and ground lift...Easy peasy.

I've used the VooDoo Labs Amp Switcher for one-into-four for years now and no issues. The Amp Switcher has a ground lift switch for every output. Works great.

This is what I use, never had a problem with it.

The Voodoo Lab amp switcher works great, and it has dip switches to eliminate any ground issues. Works wonders for me. I had the Morley Tripler before this and it was garbage. Ground loop hum every time!

Lehle P Split works just fine for me. Ran thru 2 different preamps simultaneously no phasing issues.

Kerry King Signature MXR 10 bands EQ (it has 2 outputs)

cheap and works great
Kerry King use it!!!!

I did ....
I have been using one at a time for about 2 years. Before that I used 2 or 3 almost always for most of the time since 1986.
I did use more than one before that .... but pretty much all the time from 1986. It started with a Fender Twin / Marshall Super Lead rig.

The reason why is it is just simpler to use ....
No screwing around with phase issues when changing channels, etc ?
No screwing around with getting the volume and tone of both amps to balance right ?
If you do not pre~mix both amps before it is sent to the mixing board ~ The guy at the board never mixes them the way you want ?

Yes there is something very cool about multi-amp sounds. ...And yes there is ways around all the problems I mentioned above.
