Relationship has nothing to do with it - the kid in the coma was a passenger in the vehicle driven by Hogans son. Did the coma kid assume the risk taken by getting in the vehicle? absolutely. i used to see the family out on the town from time to time. Before the show was on, i thought the daughter was in her 30's. But on a different point, I think private conversations like this in prison should be monitored by the police, but not shared with the public. Sorry, but I do believe in the right to privacy and I don't think the government has any right taping these conversations and releasing them to the freaking news.

Thanks you Digi - the comment about lawyer / client privleged conversations was spot on. Everything else is open season and in fact it's generally assumed that everything said in those situations without a lawyer present is being recorded.

Thump, I agree with you 100% on the actual privacy issue. Again, the biggest issue here is where this conversation took place. Second biggest issue is that Jackass Jr. is only 17 and there may be some hurdles for the State regarding this fact.
