Here’s a clip playing the infamous XYZ riff. L/R straight in (6402 cone greenbacks, beta 57a IR I made of my 1960b cab) using one of my amps that’s in for some circuit updates underneath it for power section EL34 based, 50w. Using a metro Zero loss fx loop. The amp has stiffer power section filtering, not that it’s really noticeable in a cellphone clip but worth noting I suppose! Marshall style LTP PI. Don’t know what cab/speakers were used on the XYZ record but sounds pretty close off the rip I think. Don’t have a cover on for the pilot light which is why it looks super bright. Man that sounds good (never posted here,but i had to now) Always wanted to try a Morin Preamp, (bought xyz - hungry when it came out) too bad i live in Europe or else i would jumped on this one. Have a bunch off vintage Marshalls & hot tones, maybe i can come close
